Reid Spencer b8e7df3937 Use the new BYTECODE_DESTINATION to override the default bytecode install destination for this library so that it goes to $(cferuntime_libdir) rather than just $(libdir). This directory contains source files to build the LLVM version of libc.

Currently it is hacked together on a by-demand basis, but someday a proper
port of libc would be very nice.
