Jakob Stoklund Olesen 64110ffc9e Add SchedRW as an Instruction field. 
Don't require instructions to inherit Sched<...>. Sometimes it is more
convenient to say:

  let SchedRW = ... in {
    ...
  }

Which is now possible.
