Chris Lattner 29cc0b3660 Implement a pretty general logical shift propagation framework, which is good at ripping through bitfield operations. This generalize a bunch of the existing xforms that instcombine does, such as (x << c) >> c -> and to handle intermediate logical nodes. This directory contains test cases for the instcombine transformation.  The
dated tests are actual bug tests, whereas the named tests are used to test
for features that the this pass should be capable of performing.
