Dan Gohman 099879687f Use getSCEV instead of getUnknown to create a SCEV for a ... Constant. This lets ConstantInts be handled as SCEVConstant instead of SCEVUnknown, as getUnknown no longer has special-case code for ConstantInt and friends.
