LLVM backend for 6502

Chris Lattner 2ac190238e add fields to the .td files unconditionally, simplifying tblgen a bit.
Switch the ARM backend to use 'let' instead of 'set' with this change.

\Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
