Bob Wilson 2ad40d3494 Change if-conversion to keep track of the extra cost due to microcoded 
instructions separately from the count of non-predicated instructions.  The
instruction count is used in places to determine how many instructions to
copy, predicate, etc. and things get confused if that count includes the
extra cost for microcoded ops.

\Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
