Chris Lattner 2ee743b53b only try to fold constantexpr operands when the worklist is first populated, 
don't bother every time going around the main worklist.  This speeds up a 
release-asserts opt -std-compile-opts on 403.gcc by about 4% (1.5s).  It
seems to speed up the most expensive instances of instcombine by ~10%.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
