Nuno Lopes 30759542aa change the objectsize intrinsic signature: add a 3rd parameter to denote the maximum runtime performance penalty that the user is willing to accept. 
This commit only adds the parameter. Code taking advantage of it will follow.

LLVM Documentation
==================

The LLVM documentation is currently written in two formats:

  * Plain HTML documentation.

  * reStructured Text documentation using the Sphinx documentation generator. It
    is currently tested with Sphinx 1.1.3.

    For more information, see the "Sphinx Introduction for LLVM Developers"
    document.
