Jakob Stoklund Olesen 309076ff76 Don't override subreg functions in targets without subregisters. ...

Some targets have no sub-registers at all. Use the TargetRegisterInfo
versions of composeSubRegIndices(), getSubClassWithSubReg(), and
getMatchingSuperRegClass() for those targets.
