Accidentally committed a few more of these cleanup changes than
intended. Still breaking these out & tidying them up.

This reverts commit r231135.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
