Marek Olsak 352fa59ec3 R600/SI: Add V_READLANE_B32 and V_WRITELANE_B32 for VI
These are VOP3-only on VI.

The new multiclass doesn't define VOP3 versions of VOP2 instructions.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
