Dan Gohman 3948d0b8b0 Rename isLoopGuardedByCond to isLoopEntryGuardedByCond, to emphasise
that it's only testing for the entry condition, not full loop-invariant
conditions.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
