Elena Demikhovsky 3ae98150e3 Optimization for "truncate" operation on AVX.

Truncating v4i64 -> v4i32 and v8i32 -> v8i16 may be done with set of shuffles.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
