Wesley Peck 3d2148f5ac Commit 122778 broke DWARF debug output when using the MBlaze backend. Fixed by overriding TargetFrameInfo::getFrameIndexOffset to take into account the new frame index information.

\Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
