Matt Arsenault 3e1c40de7f Cleanup handling of constant function casts.

Some of this code is no longer necessary since int<->ptr casts are no
longer occur as of r187444.

This also fixes handling vectors of pointers, and adds a bunch of new
testcases for vectors and address spaces.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
