Eric Christopher 3ff22e442d Remove more uses of TargetMachine::getSubtargetImpl from the ...

AsmPrinter.

getSubtargetInfo now asserts that the MachineFunction exists.
Debug printing of register naming now uses the register info
from MCAsmInfo as that's unchanging.
