Nate Begeman 439b444cad Rename canUseAsImmediateForOpcode to getImmediateForOpcode to better ... indicate that it is not a boolean function. Properly emit the pseudo instruction for conditional branch, so that we can fix up conditional branches whose displacements are too large.
