Chris Lattner 46264f020a fix PR5186: the JIT shouldn't try to codegen available_externally
functions it should just look them up like declarations.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
