Dan Gohman 467c430316 Add three new helper routines, getNoopOrZeroExtend, ... getNoopOrSignExtend, and getTruncateOrNoop. These are similar to getTruncateOrZeroExtend etc., except that they assert that the conversion is either not widening or narrowing, as appropriate.
