Dan Gohman 4a34cbd2b9 Introduce a new PartialAlias response for AliasAnalysis. For most ... AliasAnalysis consumers, PartialAlias will be treated as MayAlias. For AliasAnalysis chaining, MayAlias says "procede to the next analysis".
