Daniel Sanders b4b823941c [mips] Remove MipsCC::analyzeCallOperands in favour of CCState::AnalyzeCallOperands. NFC
Summary:
In addition to the usual f128 workaround, it was also necessary to provide
a means of accessing ArgListEntry::IsFixed.
