Devang Patel 48c7fa21a3 Right now, Debugging information to encode scopes (DW_TAG_lexical_block) relies on DBG_LABEL. Unfortunately this intefers with the quality of optimized code. 
This patch updates dwarf writer to encode scoping information in DWARF only in FastISel mode.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level 
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments. 

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
