Duncan P. N. Exon Smith 0e6679635a IR: Move call to dropAllReferences() to MDNode subclasses 
Don't call `dropAllReferences()` from `MDNode::~MDNode()`, call it
directly from `~MDNodeFwdDecl()` and `~GenericMDNode()`.
