Daniel Sanders 4b0e9f114c [nvptx] Only support the 'm' inline assembly memory constraint. NFC.
Summary:
NVPTX doesn't seem to support any additional constraints. Therefore remove
the target hook.

No functional change intended.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
