Duncan Sands 4b720718fb Reenable the transform "(X*Y)/Y->X" when the multiplication is known not to 
overflow (nsw flag), which was disabled because it breaks 254.gap.  I have
informed the GAP authors of the mistake in their code, and arranged for the
testsuite to use -fwrapv when compiling this benchmark.

\Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
