Kevin Enderby 5af4de18ef Fix a bug in ARMMachObjectWriter::RecordRelocation() in ARMMachObjectWriter.cpp

where the other_half of the movt and movw relocation entries needs to get set
and only with the 16 bits of the other half.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
