Chris Lattner 5e6cbe0eff simplify EmitFrameMoves to take BaseLabel in as a symbol

instead of as a stem+idx pair, simplify the "is a new 
location" check to use symbol comparison.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
