Bob Wilson 63b8845e78 Handle Neon v2f64 and v2i64 vector shuffles as register copies.
This fixes the remaining issue with pr7167.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
