LLVM backend for 6502

Torok Edwin 6493798d83 install-sh chmods to 0755 by default, and this causes 'git diff' to show
that all the Makefiles changed mode.
Fix this by tellint install-sh to chmod
only to 0644, these are not executable files after all!

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
