Eli Friedman 65445c5b14 Misc simplifications to InstCombiner::commonIntCastTransforms. Most of ...

the changes are allowed by not calling this function for bitcasts.  
The Instruction::AShr case is dead because 
SimplifyDemandedInstructionBits handles that case.
