Dan Gohman 6678e7b6eb Memoize results from ScalarEvolution's getUnsignedRange and getSignedRange.
This fixes some extreme compile times on unrolled sha512 code.

\Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
