Bill Wendling 6765834754 Create enums for the different attributes.

We use the enums to query whether an Attributes object has that attribute. The
opaque layer is responsible for knowing where that specific attribute is stored.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
