Johnny Chen 6c8648b4c9 Revert 98745 with respect to the addition of NEONFrm subformats for disassembly.
There is a better way coming up.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
