Benjamin Kramer 72af527f01 Remove the no longer existent psp triple from a test. ...

The test fell back to the C backend, making it useless and it started to fail
on configurations that don't build the C backend.

Duncan pointed out that if the alignment isn't explicitly specified, it defaults to the ABI alignment. Given that, make this code a bit more aggressive in such cases.
