Owen Anderson 72e04099c6 Add getScaledIntervalSize, which gives a measure of the size of an interval that is independent of the scaling of

the function due to empty index slots.  This is suitable for use in backend heuristics that need to reason about the density
of an interval.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level 
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
