Devang Patel 740d0db812 Copy metadata when value is RAUW'd. It is debatable whether this is the right approach for custom metadata data in general. However, right now the only custom data user, "dbg", expects this behavior while FE is constructing llvm IR with debug info.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
