Dan Gohman 735afe14ee Remove ISD::DEBUG_LOC and ISD::DBG_LABEL, which are no longer used.
Note that "hasDotLocAndDotFile"-style debug info was already broken;
people wanting this functionality should implement it in the
AsmPrinter/DwarfWriter code.
