Benjamin Kramer 77c4ef8a47 Switch the select to branch transformation on by default.

The primitive conservative heuristic seems to give a slight overall
improvement while not regressing stuff. Make it available to wider
testing. If you notice any speed regressions (or significant code
size regressions) let me know!

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
