Craig Topper 7a2e472d52 Silence various build warnings from Hexagon backend that show up in release builds. Mostly converting 'assert(0)' to 'llvm_unreachable' to silence warnings about missing returns. Also fold some variable declarations into asserts to prevent the variables from being unused in release builds.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
