David Chisnall 7a817eae6c Add a mechanism for optimisation plugins to register passes that all front ends can use without needing to be aware of the plugin (or the plugin be aware of the front end). Before 3.0, I'd like to add a mechanism for automatically loading a set of plugins from a config file. Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
