Sean Silva 7be9021754 Inline this into its only caller.

It's clearer and additionally this gets rid of the usage of `DefmID`,
which doesn't really correspond to anything in the language (it was just
used in the name of this parsing function which parsed a `MultiClassID`
and returned that multiclass's record).

This area of the code still needs a lot of work.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
