Chris Lattner 7cb384dcca devirtualize AsmPrinter::printBasicBlockLabel since it is never overridden. ... Move GetMBBSymbol up to AsmPrinter and make printBasicBlockLabel use it so that we only have one place that decides what to name bb labels.
