Quentin Colombet 0d15213307 Add isInsertSubreg property. ... This patch adds a new property: isInsertSubreg and the related target hooks: TargetIntrInfo::getInsertSubregInputs and TargetInstrInfo::getInsertSubregLikeInputs to specify that a target specific instruction is a (kind of) INSERT_SUBREG.
