Chandler Carruth 7f7d201d73 Hoist the insertVector helper to be a static helper. This will allow its use inside of memcpy rewriting as well. This routine is more complex than extractVector, and some of its uses are not 100% where I want them to be so there is still some work to do here. Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
