* Convert post to pre-increment for for loops
  * Use generic programming more
  * Use new Value::cast* instructions
  * Use new Module, Method, & BasicBlock forwarding methods
  * Use new facilities in STLExtras.h
  * Use new Instruction::isPHINode() method
