Reid Spencer 815cbcf0f1 Fix PR456:\ 
Tools and libraries will be built into $(BUILD_OBJ_ROOT)/$(BuildMode)/bin and \
$(BUILD_OBJ_ROOT)/$(BuildMode)/lib, respectively. Furthermore, the example \
programs will go in $(BUILD_OBJ_ROOT)/$(BuildMode)/examples to keep them \
separate from the tools and hopefully out of the PATH. Install targets \
have not changed.

This project is a extremely simple example of two things: building an LLVM
"project" and using some simple pieces of the LLVM API.  The actual executable
generated by this project simply emits an LLVM bytecode file to standard output.
It is designed to show some basic usage of LLVM APIs, and how to link to LLVM
libraries.
