Jordan Rose 81be6bfd66 Make sure 'prefix-clang++' is aliased to 'prefix-clang', not 'clang'. 
When aliasing tools, rather than using the base TOOLEXENAME, we should
instead use the built tool's basename (for 'make') or the installed
tool's basename (for 'make install').

This should not cause any changes for anyone building unprefixed 'clang'
and 'clang++' tools.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
