Meador Inge aa8cccf129 instcombine: Migrate puts optimizations ... This patch migrates the puts optimizations from the simplify-libcalls pass into the instcombine library call simplifier. All the simplifiers from simplify-libcalls have now been migrated to instcombine. Yay!
