Rafael Espindola 956ca7265c Clarify getRelocationAddress x getRelocationOffset a bit. ... getRelocationAddress is for dynamic libraries and executables, getRelocationOffset for relocatable objects. Mark the getRelocationAddress of COFF and MachO as not implemented yet.
