Craig Topper 8a312fb3aa Remove code for setting the VEX L-bit as a function of operand size from the code emitters and the disassembler table builder. Fix a couple instructions that were still missing VEX_L.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
